Refund policy

Every tee is printed on demand just for you, so we cannot accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind or the wrong size. Please check the size chart before you order.

Damaged, defective or wrong item?

We will make it right. Email hello@holyhem.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem, and we will send a free replacement or a full refund.

Refunds

Refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days after approval.

Cancellations

Need to change or cancel an order? Email us as soon as possible. Once an order is in production, we can no longer change it.
